Ingredients
1 Fresh Matsutake 1 tsp. Butter 1 Egg Salt and Pepper to taste Step 1: Heat your skillet on medium heat and swirl the butter into the pan. |
Step 2: Slice the Matsutake into 1/8 inch fans and arrange them in a circle in the skillet. Cook for two minutes.
Step 3: Crack your egg and place it in the middle of the mushroom.
Step 4: When the egg starts to brown flip it over.
Step 5: Turn off the heat and let the egg sit in the pan for two minutes.
